The Kurio 7S comes with 60+ pre-loaded apps including games, but at some point more will be wanted. The Kurio Store has more available apps, but the numbers are limited, due to them being selected, when compared to the numbers available in the bigger stores.
The 7S also comes with the ability to easily install other stores from the Parental Area. There are currently three of these, one of them being the Amazon Appstore. The Google Play store is not, however, one of these.
It is possible to install Google Play onto the tablet, but it is a more complicated process than for installing Amazon’s Appstore. It requires such things as firmware updates in order to install it. Once installed, you will have the ability to use the Play Store for purchasing apps and other content.
