Kids want to play games on their electronic devices these days, and tablets like the Kindle Fire HD6 Kids Edition are no exception to this. Games do not just have to be fun either; many are designed with educational purposes in mid too, so your child can enjoy themselves and be entertained at the same time.

There are games included in the Amazon FreeTime Unlimited package, a year’s subscription to which comes included in the Kids Edition. Whilst this subscription lasts, your child has unlimited access to these games. There aren’t any ads or in-app purchases in the package games either.

As well as the included FreeTime games, more can be added from Amazon, as the Appstore has many more games than are in the package, although these haven’t been curated, so you should check them out yourself to make sure that you will be happy for your child to play them, and that they can’t rack up bills from in-app purchases. The games can be added to your child’s FreeTime profile by either using a parental profile or from Amazon itself.
