Ports are one way by which tablets communicate with other devices, Bluetooth and WiFi being wireless ways of doing so, as well as recharge.
The Dragon Touch X10 Kids comes with a number of ports. There is a micro USB port for connecting to devices such as computers, that can also be used to recharge from. There is a micro HDMI port which allows the tablet to be connected to such as HD televisions, so, for example, photos and videos taken using the tablet’s cameras can be seen on a bigger screen. It also has a DC battery port, whereby the battery can be charged up.
There is a memory card slot, which allows the available memory to be expanded, a headphone jack so that parents will not have to listen to what their child is listening to and an integral mic. The case has cut-outs allowing access to all of these.
