If you need to reset your LeapPad Ultra, this can be done using your PC or Mac.
There is software available for free from LeapFrog for both PCs and Macs, LeapFrog Connect. The Ultra should be turned on and then connected to the computer using the USB cable that it comes with.
Once properly connected, in LeapFrog Connect there is a “Settings” tab. Once selected, a box will open with several options, one of which is labelled “Reset”. The Reset option will reset your LeapPad Ultra.
Always make sure you follow LeapFrog’s recommended procedures when using the LeapFrog Connect software with your tablet.
