The amount of memory that a tablet has is one of the most important factors, as this affects just what can be stored on it. There is internal memory but many tablets also have a memory card slot which enables the amount of storage to be expanded with a memory card. Internal memory is most important for such as apps and operating system; although it is easy to store such as videos and photographs taken with a camera onto a memory card, it is not as easy to do this with apps. Some cannot be stored at all on external memory and all take up at least some internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite Kids comes with 8 gigabytes (GB) of internal memory, which is fairly typical for a child’s tablet currently. It does also have a memory card slot enabling the amount of storage to be expanded.
