Does the Orbo Jr Have a Camera?

Cameras are an integral part of our technology today, and the need to take pictures and videos and share them with friends is something that even children want to do, so it’s important to know whether or not this can be done with the Orbo Jr.

The tablet comes with two built-in cameras. There is a front facing 1.3 MegaPixel camera and a second, rear, 2.0 MP camera. These cameras’ resolutions may be on the low side in comparison to some devices, but they are more than adequate for most uses, especially as many higher resolution cameras have unnecessarily higher resolutions beyond the ability of the human eye to distinguish the differences.

The front facing one is suitable for video chatting using applications such as Skype, or taking the popular “selfie.” The rear camera can be used to take pictures of anything else that your child might want to; their friends, their pet or just anything else that they might find interesting.
