There are some possible reasons why Kid Connect may not be working on your InnoTab MAX.
Daily upload limit reached. In this case, you would get the message “Daily upload limit exceeded. Please try again tomorrow.” There is a 50MB daily limit to the amount of photos, video messages and drawings that can be sent every day. Once this limit is reached, no more can be sent until the next day.
WiFi connection problems. There are a couple of potential problems here, the first is with the tablet, the second with the wireless router. First, check that WiFi is enabled on the tablet, which can be done via the Parental Controls, and that the tablet is connected to a network. For the second, check that your wireless connection is working. If there are other devices that use that connection to go online, check that these still work. If your router isn’t connected, turning it off, waiting 30 seconds, then turning it back on again may help
Subscription expired. Kid Connect is a premium service that requires subscribing to. One year’s subscription is included with the tablet; once that expires, it will be necessary to renew it.
