Does the LeapFrog Epic Have a Camera?

Cameras allow your child to take their own pictures and videos, and are actually used in some games. They can also be used for video chatting or other means of communicating over the internet.

The LeapFrog Epic does come with two cameras, one front mounted and one rear. Both cameras come with a 2.0 megapixel (MP) resolution and can shoot video at 480p. For the rear camera, that is fairly average for a child’s tablet these days, although at the low end of average. The front camera is better quality for a child’s tablet, as in many cases these are quite poor, although the resolution is trending upwards. Overall, the cameras are generally average, or possibly slightly below, for a child’s tablet, but they could be better.
