Does the Kindle Fire HD 6 Kids Edition Have a Camera?

In today’s world, the ability to take pictures and videos is becoming increasingly important, especially when video messaging such as Skype is considered. Taking, and editing, your own photos and videos is becoming more common at all ages, so cameras are needed in order to do this. Improvements in camera resolution do use up more memory, however.

The Kindle Fire HD 6 Kids Edition comes with two cameras, one front facing and one rear. The rear camera, suitable for taking your own photos and videos, is a 2.0 MegaPixel (MP) HD camera. The front facing one, which is suitable for video calls and similar things, is a VGA 0.3 MP camera. The rear camera is superior to the front one, but that is the one that would be most likely to be used for taking photos and videos.
